  • You can tilt the pelvis before doing the McKenzie exercises to limit the compression on the back of the lumbar vertebrae. It compresses the back of the vertebrae and extends the front of the vertebrae.

  • Thank you for this video sir. I now know how to do the pelvic tilting in standing position. I am now ready for my return demonstration tomorrow. :D

  • You're welcome. Try the other exercises too.

  • thanks for this dude....I broke my back when i was 20yr i am 44 now..i am fit and not over weight but the weakness in my spine sometimes cause me painful problems and only through thinking and using my stomach muscles in daily life do i manage to avoid causing damage to my discs..back pain sucks...

  • You're welcome. The morning exercises are what helped me when my psoas went into spasm. I am going to post a clearer copy later today. Regards.

  • Thanks for the video man!

  • You've seen people walk with grace and good stature. They walk with little movement of the waist. Sorta a little kicking motion with their legs and feet.

  • this is great!

  • Very helpful but it sounds like modern warfare 2 when you are walking in the snow in the beginning of the video.....

  • thnx alot!!! :D:D very helpful!!!

  • so is the mackenzie exercise actually compressin the spine rather than creating space bet the vertebrates?

    thanks
