  • Excellent tutorial for a soon-to-be-RoF novice, thank you! I'll be wathing this again when I can afford to replace my broken HD5970 graphics card and delve into the world of RoF. Until then, I guess I'll just watch your videos and dream of flight.

  • Nice! I fly circuits in this sim just like I'm flying a glider in RL, in terms of width of circuit etc, including a roundout and hold-off like a glider - cuts down on bounces I find.

    Too bad that the speed of the approach in the real thing is different:

    last turn: 55mph, final: 50 mph, touchdown: 45 mph. Kinda hard to do it in game, where the SE5a stalls at 56 mph :P
