  • it's great that she shows how much work behind the scene and how hard it is to become a singer.

  • @SpecialHater2011 I support&will continue to support Trish and other young Vietnamese singers who did not grow up in their mother country, even if their singing abilities may not be up to the “standards” of what people see need to be reached by famous singers, as I really hope the Vietnamese Entertainment industry will grow & still exist for future generations. It will be a great loss if the Vietnamese culture (the language, art, food, music etc) outside of Vietnam will only be a distant memory.

  • @SpecialHater2011 Even though many may argue her songs are not intricate enough, I actually like the austerity of the songs and pure emotions evoked from its simplicity, where some songs are really heartfelt e.g. My Destiny. It’s nice to be able to escape from all the chaos of life and be able to listen to songs that are soothing and blissful once in a while (& to contrast some of the crude/sexual/negative/mindless songs on the radio these days)

  • @SpecialHater2011 I admire her as she is different from many other American-Vietnamese singers: she writes a lot of her own songs; not always just translating other songs.

  • @SpecialHater2011 Of course,u are entitled to ur opinion about her singing. Opinions will differ: u call it childish/annoying, many may say her voice is angelic/sweet/easy on the ear. I find some of her music relaxing and several tracks remind me of melodic trance, where having a soft sweet voice is suitable. Also, u could have addressed ur criticism of her dancing by way of constructive feedback (eg dancing could be improved by having more complex steps) instead of having the negative undertone

  • "you've broken my heart" and "without a trace"

  • anyone know what the name of the background song is?

  • "Hailed for her amazing songwriting talent and ability to write catchy pop songs, Trish has brought true talent, style and originality to the Vietnamese music scene. " From your site. ^_^ You only have the ability to write the lyrics but not the music. The music of your songs are from other artists'/song writers'. It is lucky that no one has sued you as you are not popular in entertainment industry in United States.

  • The End of the Trish Sing series
