  • @ middletech guess again!

  • My guess is that you are excluding a bunch of stuff that makes him look guilty.

  • Aint even been in jail a year and hes already talking black, like a Gangsta.

  • As soon as the detective said: "we know what the guy got strangled with" OBVIOUSLY letting him know that it wasn'T just Ryan's hand but a thing.

And another not-so-well-known fact, that if you interrogate a person for long enough, persist that he did a certain crime and feed him evidence he might end up actually believing that he did it. One documented case was of a couple of Western soldiers, who ended up being converted to Communism after some rough interrogations in China.

  • How does the DA not look at the first confession?????? and see that the Detective feeds him all the details? Erickson did not know what happened at all, Its totally obvious.

If they were robbing this guy what was the take? Keys were missing and something else. Why didn't Erickson take cops to these items.

  • Was even one part..any part. Of Erickson's statement corroborated??? In New York State you cannot be convicted on co-defendant testimony alone.

Which is what appears to have happened here.

I can't believe this DA took this to trial.....He does not even have enough evidence to convict Erickson....let alone Ryan..

  • Look at what Erickson said on the day of his arrest and what he said on the witness stand during Ryan's trial. The difference tells the story.

    Have a look

    Video Clock 2:58

You can see Chuck telling a completely different story after working with Prosecutor Crane before the trial.
