  • I thought the Incas chewed coco (cocaine plant) leaves when running messages.

  • i do this all the time! :)

but careful with putting lemon juice in a plastic bottle.... big no no!

  • I'm interested in trying chia seed. Please can I find out from you guys what you do to ensure you are getting a balance of the omega essential fatty acids. I'm a busy mum and have been loving the raw diet for 8 months. I keep wondering about the EFA's, I'd be extremely grateful to find out. Thanks xxx

  • dude. chia pudding is the jamm. soak chia til its a thick gel in a bowl then mash up a nanner er 2 in that bowl. mix in cacao powder, mesquite, cinnamon, maca, and maybe some coconut oil.

chias also good if u feel like yer gonna puke and yer stomach is really acid or if youve been pukin. if you swallow maybe 1/4-1/2 cup dry/wash it down with only a little water the chia absorbs the acid and its really helps. i dunno kno if thats techinally legit but it sure helps.

  • Question about this drink: I don't usually drink while I eat so as to not dilute my digestive issues, so would consuming the chia in this way cause any digestive issues (because there is a lot of liquid being consumed at the same time)?

  • Can´t belive that Kate was in Portugal and couldn't find lemons. I wonder where she was.... almost every person I know have has a lemon tree in the garden and markets and supermarkets are packed up with them unlike the Uk in which they are expensive to buy.

  • chia water bottle...hummm..gonna try it. ty
