This seminar was taught by James Tomarelli who I have worked with on several occasions and who was present on my course at Claymont in 1976. James attended Sherborne during the JG Bennett years. These people would have had, morning sitting and evening meditations over the 3 days. James is counter to the Foundation approach in that he is very willing to sow the seed and let it fall where it may. He has a seminar in Chicago in November limited to 26 persons. Seek and Find

You really cant judge what you see, because the work is on the inside. I probably know 500+ people connected with the Bennett, Foundation and Collin trees and never saw a black person either. They were certainly welcome. The music is authentic. I never did this movement so I cant say if its authentic or not.

Don't know why but I see no Black people. Would such thing have something to do with arian origins of Zoroastrism?

@occorsio If it's from Gurdjief or not , I don't care it's inspires me !!!

This is a theatrical version of the real movements! Not meant to be this way or performed like this...

Acknowledging the amount of dissatisfaction regarding the "OSHO" "Gurdjieff Sacred Dances" offerings by those acquainted with the Gurdjieff teaching, how do we explain (to ourselves!) that members of "the public" will see a distorted (how and to what extent?) version of the movements, and may never be able to access a legitimate movements class or demonstration-- to see what these movements are like when done according to their original and undistorted format given by Mr. Gurdjieff ???

I DO agree with "costo casso" above, through - the quality of OSHO dance and it's choreography - is ropey at best (laughable at worse) ! The "purity" of the "movements" performed there have also been questioned - some having been seemingly taken from a movie about Gurdjieff!. But they at least give an *idea* what Gurdjieff movements look like. Well trained 4th Way practitioners are obviously more coordinated than the people shown here!
osho version is real superficial..like a terrible coregrhaphy..
