ASMG Player of the Year

ASMG Presents Steve Panella, after leading St. Mary's to a dynasty of dominance the former CIS player of the year has taken his game down south. With the big play capability of his arm some liken him to Jesse Palmer or even better Tom Brady with how he can launch a pass in excess of 70 yards or just drop it in a window with surgical precision. His footwork rivals that of Donovan McNabb or well not quite as fast to get to his drop as Michael Vick he ability to dance in the pocket is as he keeps plays alive with his mobility. On numerous occasions I have heard his ability to scan as he makes his reads is better than Kurt Warner's and from Canada is the closest thing to Peyton Manning you will find. After being named the AF2 International Player of the year with an amazing 58 TDs passing and another 22 rushing (80TDS in one season), I agree with those that say He needs to be playing at the next level AFL or the new AAFL and most definitely the CFL.
