This is an art work produced by Roger Hiorns in a flat in Elephant and Castle in South East London, England.
It was commissioned by Artangle / Jerwood. The empty flat was filled to the brim with copper sulphate solution and allowed to evaporate, producing several rooms filled from top to bottom with blue copper sulphate crystals. Absolutely amazing. It's located in Harper Road (about 5 minutes walk from Elephant and Castle tube station) and is running until the 2nd of November. And it's free to look round!
(By the way, I had nothing to do with it's creation, I'm just an observer).
