Just got a pair of Nanostation M5 wifi 5Ghz indoor/outdoor 16bBi antennas to set up at one of my clients places. Actually two places. (grin) I will be bridging his network from his house to his place of work about 2KM apart. Documentation on these units shows that they are able to actually bridge distances of around 15KM. I will have video coming of the instal and operation. Remember to subscribe to our channel here on youtube!

  • @theSharu999 M5's are great for point to point with routers on each side for access to machines in the local network. I use m2's for point to point WITH wireless AP access too. Contact your ubiquiti dealer for more info. They can help you pick the stuff you need :)

  • can nanostation m5 can work properly in station mode with nanobridge m5 in ap mode ...... can a proper link can be set between these two in bridge mode ????
