@thefamousb You don't know me or what I've been through. The fact that you're so willing to make assumptions like that shows that your comments are absolutely worthless, because there is no thought put into them. It's just a knee-jerk reaction to someone who says something you don't agree with.
You would have been more useful if you said nothing at all.

@Poisonshady313 Coming from a non-smoker. Apparently you don't understand the addiction and have n oclue what you're talking about. It's to help you wing it. I'd like to see you quit smoking cold turkey.

$3 for an 8 week supply? Wow. The Wallgreens nicotine gum "lowest prices" put a 6 week supply at over $250 + tax. That's approx $25 + tax for a box of 40 pieces, 10 boxes for enough gum to have the recommended 9 pieces a day for the first 6 weeks.
Kinda silly to use nicotine to kick a nicotine addiction. It's like giving beer to someone trying to overcome an addiction to alcohol.
It's only relieving withdrawal symptoms because it's feeding the addiction.

In Canada they sell the patches and gum together in the same box for combo treatment.

Actually, you're not supposed to use nicotine gum along with a patch. Read the directions on the box first! However, this is a good introduction video.
Thanks for the feedback. Glad you like the video.
New Zealand operates under the NZ smoking cessation guidelines which allow for combination use.
We appreciate that is not the same everywhere though and appreciate that not all countries license combination use of NRT. Please refer to the guidance for whichever region you are in.
