yea ZAPATA won this year and it was the year after this that the group from houston won.
the only reason they win so much is cuz cynthia munoz the coordinator that organizes this compatition said and i quote "no group from san antonio will every win any category becuase they are the host city."
so san antonio groups go up there and waste time and the only competition os between out of town groups
