GEN SNES : Do not include Noob Saibot and his secret map, SNES feature much more cheat than the other version.
Playstation 1 and PC: Feature Noob Saibot as a pallette swap of Kano
GG/SMS : Feature Unique fatality that are either censored or due to memory constraint. 8 Characters, cannot uppercut to another level (You can do it on the SMS version however) Why?. The Game Gear Version was an europe exclusive and the Sega Master System version was a brazil exclusive.
Game Boy : Feature a Pause Button (Dont need to do cheat to activate the Pause feature), Feature unique fatality that are different from the GG/SMS version but still cesnored or due to memory constraint.
Famicom , The only pirated mortal kombat to feature fatality. Game can crash at random (not shown in the video)
Tiger R-Zone , Feature less character than the GB/GG/SMS version

@XXXBARAKAXXX I don't agree with you, both port were good but the SNES version had a AI bug which caused the game to be much more difficult than it should after the fight against the first character on the leader

That pic you showed is NOT of the PSX version BTW.

I'm pretty impressed with the Genesis version really, I had the SNES version of 1 and 2, but I might have ended up with the Gen version of 3... but I got a Playstation for MK3 instead!

I prefer the Genesis version, mainly because its the one I grew up with ^^

Also, I don't like how the speech and sounds seemed "muffled" in the snes... and that's weird, because Rock n Roll racing had really good speech on the snes, but the speech was horrible on the genesis version.

Mortal kombat 3 for the sega genesis will always be my favorite
