On Animal Planet's "Fooled by Nature," lions mark their territory with roars that can be heard five miles away. Roaring intimidates intruders and helps avoid confrontation with rivals. Roaring is also the lion's primary mode of communication.

  • actually males lions will fight till the death but neither wants to fight and risk injuries. a weak and scard up male lion is a dead male lion. some lions fight and neither gets hurt some fight and one runs some fight and leaves the other one dead or wounnded pretty damn bad which leads to death............it would be fun if i could walk into a sexy married woman house kill her husband and now i get ownership of his kids and his wife and cars............huh huh same as lions they do it
