What a brilliant performance of what's either the best Del Shannon pastiche in history or a great Del Shannon song.
Really good to see Maximilian in full flow on the weirdnoisatron too.
I once, in 1962, saw Del backed by the Eagles. Only trouble was these Eagles were Bristol, England's own big beat combo rather than the rakish Californian supergroup...
