Final Project for MindCandy (09)

This is my final project for MindCandy (my school's literary arts magazine). Tis a parody of "Harder to Breathe" by Maroon 5. Yeah, I'm a dork. WHAT OF IT?!

LYRICS:
I like to write, it is a passion that Im well-known for,
I like to sing, and when I do, oh man, the lyrics soar,
I like to vlog and of my room, I will give you a tour,
I am a fan of Colbert, Stewart, and so many more.

My poetry contains some shout-outs to my favorite shows,
Like Dexter, 24, and things with Colbert, as you know.

Sometimes I write about a murder as its taking place,
And Ill laugh at the weirded-out expression on your face!

Oh, yes, Im in MindCandy and it helps me get writing done,
And while we work on our writing and art, we all laugh and have lots of fun.
We talk about all the news in the world and what happened to us during school,

We write up stories and poems on our subject of choice,
We have love-themed ones for girls, and murder ones for the boys.
Theres a variety in our awesome magazine,
Its better than anything else you have ever seen!
