I think you're a little confused. The tunnel didn't collapse, one concrete panel from the ceiling fell. The tunnel itself was and is fine. What you videotaped was the system put in place to make sure no more ceiling tiles fell until it could be decided what to do about them. A panel/tile falling from the ceiling is NOT a "tunnel collapse."

The tunnel itself did not collapse, but one of the lanes was closed because some of the cement panels that supported the top of the tunnel fell down.
