If you race, thumpers are better cuz they got better bottom end and pull harder in the middle, but if you just wanna play around, two strokes are better cuz they tend to be easier to maintain on a ride to ride perspective. lol why did i just do this?

Both 2 and 4 stroke are fun as all hell, I don't see why people have all these arguments. 4-stroke is smoother, thus faster on the track(fast is slow, slow is smooth, smooth is fast) and has tractor-pulling grunt. 2-stroke has the power to weight ratio and can be thrown round easier, and the ball busting powerband. Different strokes for different folks. I ride both 2 and 4 stroke regularly.
