@Snazzydog333 inside the function, the variable 'this' takes the value of anything assigned to the function. So if you put "var apple = new Apple(red)", then "this" means the variable apple, which has been defined as a class, or in the broader sense, an object.

bucky i need your help with my program i can't get it to output my calculations im doing a college homework program it needs to be from imperial to metric conversion doing it in an object oriented way ive done all my calculations and my output only says "Measurements in 0" so plz if you could help me with that, it would be greatly apreciated thnx :)

@Snazzydog333 You have probably figured out the answer to your question a looong time ago, but I'll answer anyways... "this" is a keyword in most OOP languages that refers to the current object. So "this.drive" refers to the instance variable "drive" within the current object. :)
