to get out of the testinghall, you have to find a door to Hawkhaven (it's one of the green doors in the middle of the hall,I think) and then quick travel to somewhere.

@UriNaLiFy To be honest with you.. cheating couldn't really ruin Oblivion very much after Bethesda already did it for us. Looks like they're doing it with Skyrim too.

hey how do you enter cheat mode??? I heard it was ~ but it doesnt work???

Can only do it in the PC version. You type ~ to bring up the console, and then put in TGM, hit enter and close again with ~.
