@rockbodyfitness I've been doing AOS for 4 months now, and I can say that I have been taught:
1) don't bend my wrists during racks or presses
2) snap my hips when doing swings
3) ALWAYS keep my head up and my eyes forward during snatches, high pulls, swings, squats, rows, etc
4) always keep my core tight
as for the twisting during presses and snatches...I have no idea where he got that from
does your back hurt?

Congratulations Adam! Well done. I don't get the criticism. I agree with RKCROX1; post a video of the correct way or STFU.

1) improper footwear
2) starting the tgu from a position of weakness
3) lack of tension
4) bent wrists in the "rack" position
5) no snap in the hips on the swings
6) whats with the twisting on the presses???
7) bent wrists while pressing
8) eyes not fixed on the horizon while snatching
8 things wrong i saw...oh wait a minute thats right...thats what they teach in AOS not RKC so i guess you done good.
why is this bad technique? looks pretty solid
