Gears Of War 3 - Brothers To The End - Dom's Death

I couldn't fit my intro in but here is the video of Dom (Dominic Santiago) getting killed to rescue the team. This is a spoiler so continue to read only if you don't want it to get ruined. Dom was visiting Maria's hometown because they needed fuel for a sub to get to Marcus's father. Maria's parents were buried at the church and the last time he visited was 10+ years ago. He wanted to bury Maria and the kids there but could not. After, they find motion activated detonators on the pipelines (the main fuel pump was shut down) and they investigate the town while Dizzy and Jace fuel and guard the vehicles. They soon find out from a crazy old man that humans can turn into lambents and hordes of them attack the team. After killing quite a few, they find the main fuel pump activator, which is next to the church were Maria's parents were buried. Dom leaves his Cog Tag on the statue and gives a speech to Maria. After, activating the church is full of Human Lambents and they soon go through the church to find out the locust are coming. After, fighting off numerous waves of Locust, they were about to get overrun so Dom sought a plan to blow up the gas tanks with the fueling truck. He knew he could be with Maria and his family and he wanted to serve his team as he wanted them all to survive. Dom, in his last seconds say's "Didn't know it would end like this huh Maria?" and then dies. Marcus who survived, couldn't accept that Dom died and tried to go and save him, but Anya and the team cleared it out that he was dead. That's how that chapter ends.
