I've gone through this many times with different people who are dying. It is very hard especially when you are working with a "pastor" who doesn't know how to deal with the dying and they are not as dedicated saving souls as they are to saving dollars from wallets. Just keep doing what the Lord calls YOU to do and pray the Lord sends workers to the harvest because time is growing SHORT and the day of the LORD is near!

Funny what you said about sinners not wanting to hear the gospel, but you are right ! Of course they don't like it .... I mean duh .. they killed Christians in the past for preaching the truth you know :) maybe you can point that out to your pastor and also that Jesus said they will hate us because they hated Him first.

@krisv001 I don't know....grew up Lutheran, reads the Christmas story in Luke 2 every Christmas, goes to church occasionally.....not sure????

@cullmanhere2 Christmas story? The story of the birth of Jesus is not a Christmas story it is part of the Gospel. If the only time you read it is at Christmas that does not make it a Christmas story, unless maybe to that person that is all it is.

@jaynieutube Absolutely....I agree. To be honest I think it is a situation like many others in America....they want Jesus to be their Savior but do not bow to Him as Lord.
