i work as a CEO. parking tickets are issued under civil laws/bylaws. this country operates under a system of common law which overrides civil law.you are under no obligation too pay a parking fine under common law. send your parking ticket back to the issuing council stating:NO CONTRACT RETURN TO SENDER.no contract,no payment.yes i fucking hate my job,it pays the bills until i find something else.most CEOS hate the work they do.it is all about the money the COUNCILS rake in.BUREAUCRAT BULLSHIT
