Looks rather thin... Maybe it's because it doesn't have a lot of hair on it's belly and stuff... hmm.

Aww, I just fostered a kitten, she ended staying with me, I just couldn't lose her. Now she is part of my family, and one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am now fostering another kitten, with a bit of a kitty cold, but she is getting better by the second!

This kitten is suffering from several diseases. Note the rat like hind legs and pink skin. No doubt hair loss and body sores will follow. Perhaps this kitten should be put down while young and you can start with a fresh one.
