Minecraft Tutorial: Anti-Griefer system

Because a couple of you were asking me for a tutorial on this, I finally decided to make one. Sorry guys for making you wait for so long.
Although its labeled a tutorial, its really not, its just me making one from scratch, but I'll try to follow up what I'm doing as much as possible in the annotations, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask. It's obviously not the best design possible, and you might want to rearrange stuff to make it more compact
