As Chinese President Hu Jintao tours the US capital, President Barack Obama and American officials are eager to quell fears about what China's rise means for the lone superpower. But many analysts and Washingtonians say that the United States should focus on what it can learn from China—development, education and spending-wise—not just focus on how to contain it.
