Skidaway Island Go-pher a Carnival

About 15 miles from downtown Savannah is the beautiful Skidaway Island State Park. On March 21, 2009 the Go-pher Carnival took place under the majestic live oaks. This had to be the carnival of carnivals for children. There were lots of games with prizes, petting zoo, pony rides, hayrides, popcorn, cotton candy, picnics, parents, children and much more. I am not sure who was having the most fun parents along with Southeast411 or all the children. This was the first but probably not the last year for this carnival.
