Polar Bear Plunge at Central Penn College

President Milano agrees to jump in chilly pool water (in a suit!) during the Central Penn Fall Harvest celebration on Oct. 18. Before jumping in he said, "Im going to jump on this tube, surf the whole way over and step off on the other side without getting a drop on me." Suuuure. Later students dive in and race.
