University of Waterloo Parkour - Co-op Crime

The University of Waterloo Parkour Club (UWPK) supports ethical behaviour in the workplace. This video illustrates one reason why you shouldn't steal office supplies.

How fit do you have to be to do parkour? I'm a bit chubby, but I hope to be exercising quite a bit this summer and next year.. I'm coming to Waterloo in the fall should I try this out?

@Lotsofgoatses We have people of all different fitness levels :) It helps to be healthy, but even if you aren't, parkour is a great way to stay in shape.

@Candorly We have tons of beginners every term! Just check out kw.pkto.ca to find out meet times. We have several girls who train with us regularly, and we always enjoy it when more girls come out! :)

Hey im going to Laurier and am a pretty avid parkourist, you do a lot of ppl do parkour in Waterloo? Just curious and can ppl from Laurier join UWPK...also sweet beats
