Deaf Dumb & Blind Drivers of Glasgow. Yes you do see these drivers in every major city. Kind of annoying when they brazenly use their mobile phone whilst driving right in front of you. It's almost like them sticking their two fingers up at you and saying to hell with you. I'm Mr important.

Well, here is something you can try the next time this scenario presents itself to you. Have a mobile phone to hand. It can ready to photograph or film, but its not essential. Go close to the person using their mobile phone. Do not be frightened. Tell them it is against the law to use a mobile phone when driving. Even if the car is parked and the engine running. Wait for them to say back 'What the **** has it got to do with you.

You reply with the following statement...I will tell you exactly what it has got to do with me. Didn't you recognize me. I'm the person recently in the papers, whose eleven year old daughter had both her arms ripped off, whilst on a pedestrian crossing, by a bird brained driver just like yourself. Thinking you were looking smart and cool on your mobile phone, with your window rolled down so everyone can see you. Let me tell you it wasn't that smart in hospital. My daughter will never be the same again.

You may have noticed I have my mobile phone to hand and during your phone call I recorded your actions along with your car's registration number. This digital image is time stamped and will be able to tie up with your mobile phone's transmission, binding the events together. This and I am sure you will be surprised to know, is acceptable in a court of law, particularly in Scotland, as evidence of your misdemeanor. i agree but deaf people are not dumb these days.. not all deaf people uses phone while driving.. alot of hearing people uses phone ALL the time.. might wanna watch what you say buddy... im deaf i know whats going on around....

Thanks for your comments. Believe me, this this title description Deaf Dumb and Blind, is not aimed at the general public. It's the drivers using their mobile phones. DEAF to anything anyone's says to them. DUMB in their arrogance using their mobile in front of the general public and BLIND to any other road users. I'm on the disabled person's side. My Oldest daughter is in fact very much disabled. See you.

I like the expression they give me when I answer them after, they have shouted at me 'What the F*** has it got to do with you!'
