Cheers, thanks for the overview of your system just starting to "systemise" myself and that helped a lot. Some things I already use but it gave me some nice ideas too. I really need to get myself David Allens book =o)Cheerio.

I use ACT for my prospects. My assistant has actually set up my database and she gives me phone list of my prospects grouped into categories. For clients, I have them listed as projects on my project list which I review once a week. I use separate project lists for type of activity.

how do you process your mail. Is it realy you print it out and put it in your inbox? Or dou you keep it in your Outlook inbox. I'm kinda searching how to mix two systems (paper and omnifocus on iPhone)

Since I travel alot and don't have a printer, I try not to print out emails. If you send me an email, it goes into my inbox. If I can handle it immediately I do it. If I can't do it right away, I move it to an action folder for when I have time. I wouldn't recommend processing from your iphone. I use a Blackberry to keep tabs of my email for anything urgent and process my email at my computer NOT on my blackberry.
