Tutorial:

FIRST DUPLICATE THE PICTURE!
(Leave The Duplicate Name As 'Backround Copy' And Press O.K)

1. (0.15 - 0.23) Select the parts of the face you wish to smooth with the lasso Tool (L). And then click Filter - Blur - Surface Blur With The Radius at 13 And Threshold at 24.

2. (0.26 - 0.43) Clean up any noticible lines left from bluring by blending in with a surface blur at a lower setting.

3. (0.45 - 0.57) Diminish the bags from under the eyes by selecting (With the eydropper tool (I) ) a colour near the Area of the eyes select your brush setting it at an appropriate size, with the opacity to around 37%.

4.(0.58 - 0.12) Enhance the eyes using the dodge and burn tool (O) at an appropriate size and using single clicks making it lighter in the middle of the iris and darker (hold "alt") around the edge. (Make Sure It Is Set To 'Highlights)

5. (1.13 - 1.38) Now, download the 'lashes' brush from this link here; www.obsidiandawn.com/eyelashes-photoshop-gimp-brushes and then load them into your pallete. Add a new layer NOT a duplicate and then lay the lash down, click Edit - Free Transform and then stretch, rotate and resize till it fits, repeat this same thing on a different layer for the other eye. When finished, right click the top lash layer and click 'Merge Down' do the same for the second lash layer.

6. (1.46 - 2.20) Select The Dodge And Burn tool again (O) set the brush size to 40 the hardness to 0% and the exposure to 16% and in single clicks and strokes if your daring, high light the hair being careful not to overexpose. also try to expose some hair being hidden by shadow.

7. (2.10 - 2.20) Using the lasso tool (L) select the other areas of the body and smooth out with surface blur.

8. (2.23 - 2.30) Change the 'Backround copy' layer type from 'Normal' to 'soft light' Then, Click Image - Adjustments - Hue/Saturation setting the saturation to -100%.

9. (2.34 - 2.50) using the lasso tool (L) circle around the eyeball and then hit delete, do the same with the other eye.
Then Highlight the Original 'Backround' Layer NOT The Copy Youve Been Working On click Image - adjustment - Curves and play around with the curves until the eyes look how you want them.

FINISHED.

Slow down, I have no idea what you're doing! I just got Photoshop today and I don't know how it works! I can't find any decent tutorials from start to finish with detailed intructions and help, does anyone know of any good videos?

This is HORRIBLE!!! How could you ever see anything on this when you're going so fast and the buttons are so small. Seems like you know what you're doing but I suggest you redo this video so people can actually learn :)
