http://www.blogilates.com Cassey takes you through a 5 minute kicking routine to get your heart rate up for some serious fat blasting. This video was created for people who live in apartments with thump-sensitive neighbors. There's less jumping and more kicking in this video. All you'll need is a toning or medicine ball. (But it's optional)

  • I used to have great stamina . All of a sudden i had exams goin on for 6 month's .

    I kind of spent 6 months in my room & my class room's , now I m hardly able t run or even use one 10th of wht I used to . Can u prescribe me some cardio exercise to gain back all tht stamina ? . plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • @megamind00071 just try my two pop cardios and do as much as you can. take breaks when you need it. you'll get stronger every week. PROMISE.

  • how many times a week do you recommend doing cardio and how many times regular workout ? btw, love your videos :)

  • @mary160690 Try to do cardio at least 3x a week at least 30 min at a time, and that's a min.

  • When performing the CATS stretch at the end of the workout I was holding the two outside handles of a Dunbbell ive been using and man o man pushing down on something and having ur hads elevated slightly during ctas stretch made all the difference in the world. I think i may be on to something. Id make a video to show you but im saving up for a webcam still, so sorry.
