OK, so the glutes are typically weak....whadda we do about em? Even though the clients love it, the last thing we want to do is start massaging and digging around creating more stretch weakness. Try this Spindle-Stim Technique.

What about the tight lats? Two major structural/functional problems can occur in the presence of lat hypertonicity. Try this lat-lengthening technique.
