@Shesarebel i was upset when it went away. used to come on fit tv and then Oprah took discovery health away with her channel and then it combined fit tv with discovery health and took namaste off :(

I used to love doing this every morning. Wake up to hot chicks in High Definition and get a little yoga in at the same time. I miss it, and it doesn't come on my TV anymore.

@chilnvilan BECAUSE OWN BY OPERA RUINED IT!!! well that happened on my tv because all the shows from Discovery Health went to Fit TV and they show it early in the morning!! I'm like WHAT THE FUCK OPERA?!?!?!
