  • notice how no one in the audience is jumping up and down, cheering, moshing, waving their hands, screaming, or rushing the stage neither sweaty nor hysterical?

    yeah.

  • @redneckblacklabel It's great. Obviously most adults would find that sort of behavior profoundly annoying when trying to absorb the details of complex improvisational performance. Would be like someone spitting in your wine. It's generally frowned upon.

  • @Kuzalias yeah. nice pseudo whatever answer. i know a few things about vino (and enough to know someone like you likely wouldn't discern spit in his sangiovese).

my comment meant that this was a passionless performance, worsened by inspiring less than zero passion in the spectator.

those of us that go 'bonkers' for our beloved 6 stringers can scream and yell and jump around without missing a single nuance of the performance. it's kind of like multitasking on adrenaline.

  • @redneckblacklabel You're right. I don't care for wine. But I'm not over at the Wine Spectator forums complaining about how it tastes like cough syrup and no one should drink it. Naturally, I go and drink what I enjoy. Similarly, if you don't find live improvisational fusion to be interesting and/or have nothing positive to contribute, then I suggest watching what you do like rather than making a fool of yourself in front of those who do find it interesting.

  • Is that guitar a Stradberg like what Tosin Abasi uses?

  • @atari3200t It's a Bill DeLap custom build

  • I'm a Frank Zappa fan. I was watching an interview with Frank and he said somthing about liking Allan Holdsworth so i decided to check him out. I think I understand why Frank liked him. He's a bit abstract isn't he? And thats Chad Wackerman too! Thanks for uploading! :)

  • @redneckblacklabel lol u just failed at getting top comment and now u're mad.

  • @redneckblacklabel Well, there are reasons as to why different people listen to different things. Its because they like diiferent things. And If you where to attend a piano concert you would not see any of those things either, because some kinds of music are best enjoyed in a really chill setting while other kinds of music are best when you run around getting punched in the face. If you prefer one over the other, then dont attend the other.

  • holdsworth is a E.T. disguised of human being cause nobody plays the guitar that way!!!!!!

  • @AnonymousCowardX Well...that is Jimmy Haslip :)

  • @steveHoweisno1 it's actually a toaster.
