  • I just can't remember, can some of you guys remind me what connection did Dave has with Queen of the Stone Age?

  • @Leksoskidavid You mean, which role?

Well he played drums on Songs for The Deaf and then toured with them for like 6 months or something. (I advise you to check the rest of my videos, there's some interesting live perfomances of the Queens with Dave on drums).

    Wikipedia is your friend, too.

  • Absolutely AWESOME! -- Now I am totally excited for Red Light Fever

  • Strong influences from Queen here. Very good song. If all the album's like this, we're in for one of the albums of the year.

  • @blissmachine thank you, my good man lol :D

  • @rfogo14

It clearly says TAYLOR HAWKINS and the coattail riders... y'now, TAYLOR HAWKIN'S side project... therefore TYALOR HAWKINS sings it.

  • @rfogo14 but this isn't a foo fighters song, it's taylor's therefore he sings it

  • nice ;)

  • amazing job. taylor is just so talented.

  • @rfogo14

Really though, Dave Grohl could sing many songs from a lot of bands better cause he’s a great frontman, so point = invalid.

  • to be honest, i love taylors singing and all, but i think dave would have done this song better

  • @musicmydrug10 I don't know what point your fighting. Yeah, it's original in the fact no one is being so obviously inspired by Queen nowadays, but other than that it's not original because it's so obviously inspired by Queen. It's not really about a matter of opinion. 'a lil certain somethin' doesn't erase the majority of the sound which has been borrowed by Queen. Which isn't a bad thing, the song is great, and so is Taylor, and so is Queen.
