@CapnKeys I might be wrong, but she isn't from an anime at all. Her name is Miku Hatsune. She's a mascot for a company (or... err, a personification of their software?) and became pretty popular, much like Domo Kun.

@angelheadedhpst That is not Hatsune Miku. Hatsune Miku has very long, green twin ponytails. That is Mio from the anime K-ON in a cyber fantasy fashion. I recognize her from a google chrome theme i found one day.

@angelheadedhpst It's from I/O's OST. This song usually plays when someone dies, all hope is lost or something else tragic happens. watch?v=D6ZOBInkJL8 is the same song with a CG from the VN. That scene will haunt me to my grave.
