if u want a ghosting effect using after effect u should use chroma key get a green carpet and hide on it and walk everywhere and use chroma key it will have ghosting

do you know how to use colour key to remove the w/o just the green... just a bunch of colours, like if you were recording yourself at your home and just wanted yourself walking around without the walls, tables, chairs and stuff like tht??
