UV Coating Machine


It is an essential machine for printing and fine processing of post-printing. All kinds of paper printed matter treated by this machine are not only improving the smooth finish of surface, but also dampproof, drtyproof, shineproof and wearproof for the surface of printed matter. Especially, the UV oiling tre-atment, it is same as film-covering and calendaring treatment and without the defects of film-droping, curlines and smooth fading.

1. It is not only used together with calender, but also can used alone as ultraviolet oiling process and usual glazing process.
2. This machine adopts stepless speed-adjusting. It has a reasonable structure and is easy to operate.
3. Adopting wire mesh belt, the drive belt has such characteristics as fire prevention, drafty structure and long service life.
4. Reasonable internal structure can effectively prevent ultraviolet rays from leaking.
5. According to the electric heating design in baking box, the electric heating can be separately used by 20%, 40%, 60% or 100% with automatic constant temperature.
