out of all the versions ive heard this played (granted that was only three on youtube), this is my favorite. I am playing this solo (for high school) and its a bit tough to retain the high D, what do u do for warm ups, and great playing

@yugi123445 Thanks for the feedback! There are a lot of good exercises for playing in the higher register. Try this:
Start in 6th position, and do lip slurs starting on F below the staff. Gradually extend them upwards, taking care to stay relaxed, producing a nice tone. We're going for ease. When you get to F above the staff, take a small breath and hit that note a few times. Slur back down, smooth and easy, keeping a nice tone. Take a minute break and move to 5th. Good luck!

what do you recomend for reading tenor clef? i have just started reading tenor and it is very challenging to retain! any advice?

Best book I've seen is by Brad Edwards: Introductory Studies in Tenor and Alto Clef. He teaches line notes, then spaces, then gradually mixes it up. A great fundamental approach, I think.
