It is a damn shame this happened to and elderly man. He did not to deserve to die like that. In Connecticut if you are disabled or low income they cannot shut off your heat or electric from Nov. 15th to April 15th. I'm glad I live in CT.

The power company should be charged with wrongful death!
No power company should be able to shut off the power in winter when there are children or elderly persons in the home!
This society makes us all dependent on power for heat, and shutting off that heat in winter is a death sentence for many who cant take care of themselves!
