DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, special Border Affairs representative Alan Bersin and Congressman Silvestre Reyes refused to watch a 2 minute video put together by KVIA showing illegal aliens crossing a wide open portion of the border.
The three were in attendance at the Border Security Conference held in El Paso, TX August 11, 2009
