Congressman Charlie Dent is taking no proactive actions to prevent a collapse in the purchasing power of the dollar. Instead, his actions are worsening the situation.

  • Funny how dent refuses to acknowledge Jake Towne. Dent who supported the Bush bail out. DEnt who signed a bill sending over 50 million dollars to Mexico. When we were and are in a recession still boardering on depression.

  • Sometimes it is better to spend some of the stuff Dent voted for. Is a war cheaper or giving money to countries who are strategic partners in the middle east especially we do not have to good of a name in that region. I am a bit more concerned OPEC and Saudia Arabia drop the dollar. There is things gone back nearly 40 yrs that nearly destroyed our currencey because Tricki dick could not get loans for the vietnam war

  • Way to put his feet to the fire Jake! Towne for Congress!!!! Has Dent read the constitution? Where does he get the authorization for these "obligations?"

  • Really? he never even answered the question: what are you doing right now to prevent a collapse in the dollar?

He's a very good politician; meaning a professional at avoiding the truth.

  • Sounds like a reasonable answer to me.
