Create a polka dot pattern on a wedding cake with a disposable pastry bag with a smaller writing tip and a slow, steady motion. Use a scroll pattern on the top tier when decorating a three-tier, whimsical wedding cake with tips from a professional cake designer in this free video on weddings.

....I just wanted to be different....

Basically they take off the top tier (for the bride and groom to have), and carefully cup side by side from the second all the way down to the last tier. However, in some venues they charge from $2 to $5 average per cutting a slice to serve to guests. Unless the bakery is part of the venue, then it's free.

  • I think no wedding cake should look like something that should be considered a birthday cake. I get people want to have non-traditional cakes, but really no one will tell it's a wedding cake with all those decorations.

  • i can see that as a fun, contemporary wedding cake for someone who's not too traditional when it comes to their wedding
