System Tool is a new fake antivirus from the family of Security Tool. The name change is long due, as its predecessor was active for more than a year. System Tool is spread by worms, trojans, drive-by downloads and faked freeware/shareware installs. There is a high chance to get this parasite if you install Adobe flash or reader updates from third party sources and not from makers website.
After Installation, System Tool will start displaying various alerts and popups trying to scare you into scanning PC and then paying for its full version.

I had that problem too but its very easy to remove i just pressed and holded CTRL+ALT+DELETE and virus get stuck, removed process and deleted programm, then restarted computer! :)
