@BigDH28 lol don't worry, over here in Greece, Greeks also have all of these important things to do while driving too... a) talk on the cell on one hand (handsfree is for idiots) while b) holding your cafe frappe on the other. Not to mention that seatbelt is also for idiots... :P
I see this on every 1st car or so... lol
Still, almost every car here is manual! Wicked ain't it? lol

@asconan lol I hear you on that. Its cause Many Americans need to be hands free to be able to do more important stuff while driving...Like Texting on your cellphone and doing your make up.... I see this every Tenth car or so...No joke! lol

@robertgift It really isn't that hard, and the truck isn't moving fast, so it can just be in drive. You can't really judge it from a video like this.
