UPDATE: The AR Parole Board was supposed to decide on Marus Clay's pardon on Jan 17, 2008. They just pushed the date back to April. Marcus is still having his life screwed by the system!

PART 2 Summary:

Why would a Lieutenant Governor, US Senator, Congressman, and a current Governor (Huckabee) all write letters of support for Clay when he had tried to get back into the military? Would you write a letter of support for someone that you believe was guilty, then convicted, of a heinous crime? The Senator recommended Clay for service "without reservation".

The media has refused to break the news about this miscarriage of justice, which has transformed into a Civil Rights case. That's why Marcus and I have gone direct to the people, the YouTube community, and the nation itself. We hope that after watching this two-part documentary that you'll make it your goal to help; not just help Marcus, but that you'll demand justice reform in America for everyone's sake. The system is broken, and tragedies like this could happen to anyone.

When I first contacted Marcus on New Year's Eve, my initial goal was to shed light on Mike Huckabee's ill begotten ways. I'm disturbed by how Evangelicals blindly follow Huckabee and support him for President. But my focus soon shifted to Marcus, to make the public aware of his plight. Then my goal changed for the last time, culminating in my desire to see this documentary become a rallying call for justice reform in America, for everyone's sake. I know in my heart (and from past news) that there are too many in our prisons that are innocent. This documentary is dedicated to them.

Don't just watch this video and do nothing. Watch it again so you fully understand what has happened, and happens all too often to innocent people. I challenge you to then get involved, and tell everyone you can, and please, please help. Thank you!

I don't really understand why most of the fault was directed towards Mike Huckabee. He was certainly a part of it, but he did not cause the initial confusion that sent Marcus to jail for so long. Anyway, besides that, this video was an eye opener, and I hope that it receives more attention. Things like this should not happen.

Thanks for the complement on the video. The fault was not intended towards Huck, it's just that Huck prolonged the suffering of this young man, even when he knew the man was innocent. Doesn't sound like someone I'd like to see in the White House, EVER.

There were no rapes, and it was not over a 2 year time frame. You are embellishing the account. And what man in his prime doesn't brag a little about women? It's only normal. So you're condemning Marcus because he brags? And you're right, there is more... He was in Ft. Benning when his accuser said he messed with her. How do you answer that? ???

You don't even know the worst of it... Marcus has told me that she has done this to others as well. She's either the unluckiest person in the world to continue to get "abused", or she is the sick, lying female that she is. Unfortunately, the justice system let Marcus down; worse is that the justice system was played like a fiddle to railroad him into prison. And this is America? That's the bigger story here.

Marcus is an a hole and if anyone one person needs to be in prison it is Marcus Clay. No way that FIVE girls from a small town could make all the RAPES up over a two year time frame and still keep their lies a secret to this day. Don't just listen to this Huck crap, read the case files and hear the girls tell that "he pushed me down and put his fingers....." Even today he brags over his sexual power over woman. There is lots more to this story......
