im a cubs fan but i love the way this guy pitches, its fun to watch. im a catcher/pitcher myself and i've tried to pitch the way he does and it hurts my shoulder after awhile. maybe its because im not used to pitching like that :\

Watchandbeamused after the hips have started through their weight shift just the split second prior to the peak of the leg lift the ball needs to come out of the glove from down like Lincecum or come out of the glove a little lower than waist high, then come down, back around and up with no hesitation or pausing like Lincecum does, the only difference is he holds it down below his waist to start.

Pointing the ball back to 2nd. is taboo.kills rhythm
