You just impressed the hell out of me, i didnt think anyone would ever do it. As far as i can tell you are the 1st person to see ending 5 outside myself. Even the other people involved in working on the game never saw it. To get special achievement endings you have to do something extreme for each one. For example, have a ton of money, kill everyone who can be killed, rape everyone who can be raped, infect all possible people, etc.

@Jomb69 Thanks, I have obtained the 5th ending and its different variations. Now I need some advice on getting those bonus endings.

The 5th ending is very hard to acheive (like the special endings).
The first thing which you need is to get an item from the lifeguard at the beginning. It may seem impossible to get it, but it can be done with alot of luck.

Ok Jomb, I finished Obscenia with all of the endings except for the 5th. Can you give a hint on getting the 5th ending?

You're at the one puzzle in the game which relies on timing instead of thinking. Pay attention to what the guards are doing. Time your move so you wont be heard.

@Jomb69 I found the hidden room but I keep getting insta-killed by the duke. I thought maybe I could use the lube to stop the floorboards creaking but no dice. :(
